Refunds and Returns

We are happy to refund you if you are not satisfied with an item. Please email us on and let us know your order number, which item(s) you are returning and a reason why (eg. unsuitable, faulty etc). 

If you have returned an item for a refund, a member of our team will process the refund for you within 7 days. Please note: We do NOT refund shipping fees.

We hold the right to refuse a refund if we feel that an item has been returned in a condition other than that it was sent.

Refunds can take 7 days to re-appear back in your account so please be patient.
