Refunds and Returns

We are happy to refund you if you are not satisfied with an item. Please email us on info@orcasurf.co.uk and let us know your order number, which item(s) you are returning and a reason why (eg. unsuitable, faulty etc). 

If you have returned an item for a refund, a member of our team will process the refund for you within 7 days. Please note: We do NOT refund shipping fees.

We hold the right to refuse a refund if we feel that an item has been returned in a condition other than that it was sent.

Refunds can take 7 days to re-appear back in your account so please be patient.

If you find that an item you have ordered is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us on info@orcasurf.co.uk.

You will need to return the item to get a refund or a replacement within 28 days of receiving your order. The product must be in it's original condition and packaging.
