Postage and Delivery


We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving payment.
We are happy to ship anywhere worldwide.


We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service as our standard shipping which takes between 3-5 working days.

Express shipping uses Royal Mail Tracked 24 which takes between 1-2 working days.

International Shipping

International orders under £30 are sent via an untracked service. 

If international orders contain jewellery or they are over £30 they are sent via Royal Mail Tracked Service.

Please note: It is very rare that orders will take this long to arrive but it can happen. All international orders usually arrive within 20 days.

Please be aware all International orders can take up to 25-30 days to arrive to your address as items may be held in customs or other authoritative services. However the average time is between 7-10 days.

What if only part of my order turns up?

We might send part of your order if we expect items that are out of stock to take more than a few days to come to us. We'll always email you first about out of stock items. If we've just made a mistake, get in touch and we'll send out the missing items as a matter of priority.

What if my stuff doesn't turn up?
Please contact us. It may be that we don't have enough information to complete the order, e.g. if you didn't give us the 3-digit security number from the back of your credit card. If you order something and later order something else and do give the right details, bear in mind that we don't keep credit card details so the first order won't get put through.

What if my stuff doesn't arrive in time?
Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for the vagaries of the Post Office! But give us a ring and we'll give you what information we can and try to reach a solution.

How do you work out the postage?
We've got a massive set of scales; we weighed every item and told the database how much each one costs to post.


How do you send items outside of the UK?
Foreign orders are sent air mail.

How much does postage cost outside of the UK?
It's based on the weight of the order and worked out at the checkout.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship most large items outside of the UK. Some have an exception, but please be aware of this when ordering items that need a courier service.

Do you discount postage for multiple items?
Our postage costs are fixed and include paying the elves to wrap stuff, all the brown paper, Jonny's favourite sticky tape (don't ask) and the odd biscuit. Rest assured we don't make profit from the postage, those Jiffy bags are expensive...

Can I have goods sent to a different address than the card is registered to?
If you want us to send the goods to an address that is not the card address, input this at the checkout, you'll be given space to enter the delivery address.

Can I send goods to lots of different addresses in one order?
If there is more than one address for goods to go to, it's probably best to phone through with your order so that there's no confusion either end! If you're worried about not getting discounts/freebies because of this, just give us a call.
